The IT PARTNERSHIP was trading in IT as STATACOM from 1984 to 2004 when its engineers took over the business to trade under the present name. We have a history of serving customers with a straightforward and professional manner. 

  

The IT Partnership's Products and Services:

 

  • Software – Operating System Software for PCs and Servers - Application software for Home and Corporate users, including accounting software like SAGE.
  • Hardware – We build Intel based PCs, Notebooks and Servers. We supply all brands of PCs, including DELL, HP, Sony etc. and peripherals like Printers, Scanners, Network switches and routers.
  • Repairs - We repair Laptops, PCs and Servers.
  • IT Support – We provide phone, remote support as well as Engineer visits for PCs, Servers and Networks. We additionally provide Business Critical Support for PCs and Servers with access to Microsoft’s Business Critical support team.
  • IT Training - Onsite Training in all aspects of IT provided.
  • Backup , Data and Disaster Recovery - Onsite and Online backup solutions as well as data recovery and restoration.
  • Fixed Line Telephony – We provide PSTN and ISDN 30 fixed telephone lines as well as SIP and IAX2 trunks for VOIP systems. We supply Conventional and VOIP telephone systems. We have provided Panasonic, AVAYA and Linux Based VOIP systems and are certified to administer TRIXBOX Telephony systems by FONALITY in the US.
  • Mobile Telephony – Our partnership with Vodafone allows us to supply cost effective mobile phone contracts for Mobile Voice and date , both for Business and Personal Use. We also supply mobile handsets from HTC , one of the world’s largest mobile handset manufacturers.
  • Cabling – Cat5 and Cat6 Ethernet and Fibre Cabling projects carried out.
  • Internet Connectivity – We deliver all types of Internet and point to point connectivity solutions, including ADSL, SDSL and leased lines.
  • Web Services- Registration, Hosting, Website and Database Design and Web mastering and website Content maintenance . Search engine Optimization.
  • Server Hosting— We host real and Virtual Servers on industry standard data centres.
  • Software Development - Our in-house and contracted team of developers create all varieties of bespoke software.
  • Lease Finance - We have competitive leasing arrangements for all our projects.

  • Some customers with Exchange mailboxes will currently be unable to connect to retrieve their mail.

  • Customers may find they are unable to login to our Webmail or SiteBuilder service at present. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as a priority.

  • Customers are unable to retrieve new mail from their inbox. Email is being queued for delivery and no messages will be lost as a result of this issue. Our engineers are investigating the cause as a priority and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Update 09:00 - Our engineers have identified and resolved the issue, and email is now being delivered. However there will still be some delays until all queued emails have been sent.

    Update 09:30 - All queued mail has been delivered and normal service has resumed.

  • Our engineers will be conducting maintenance to our shared hosting network on Thursday 26th August between 00:00 and 00:45. As a result of this work a small proportion of customers may find their websites become unavailable for no more than 5 seconds. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
